SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed & shipped within 5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address as we do not offer address changes once your order has shipped. If you notice an error after placing order please email us immediately and include your order number in the subject line. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges if package is returned to us due to "incorrect address".
Please Note: We do not ship packages on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Due to sanitary reasons & to maintain the integrity of our jewels, ALL earrings are Final Sale.
We accept returns of most unworn, unused items. You may return your purchase for a refund, as we do not issue exchanges of any kind. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the order delivery date. If postmark exceeds the 5 day window, the sale will be final and non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, as we do not offer return shipping labels at this time. Refunds are issued within 7 business days from the day that we receive your item. You will receive a refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping charge.
Please note: We recommend securely packaging your return. Customer will be responsible for any damaged items, unless previously specified in the original return email.
